As an IBCLC Lactation Consultant, I’ve supported over 2000 families with feeding in London since 2015. Over the years, I’ve provided assistance on a huge variety of feeding challenges. I can provide support for breastfeeding, mixed feeding, formula feeding or exclusively pumping, and I will NEVER judge you on your feeding choices
HOW IT WORKS:Struggling with feeding?
During a typical home consultation, I take a full clinical history, including the birth, debrief on your feeding journey so far and observing a feed.
We can work to improve any latch or bottle feeding issues. I can also weigh the baby, if necessary.
I can do a full oral and suck assessment for your baby and give you oral exercises to do after (if indicated)
I am a Flange Fit specialist and have pretty much every size and shape of flange in existence. I can support you to find the best breast pump flange size or insert to maximise your milk supply and comfort (additional add on fee)
Feeding journeys are often a work in progress, and my visit may not be an instant fix. I understand that these things take time, so I offer ongoing practical and emotional support for up to two weeks after my visit- at no extra cost.
Together, we’ll formulate a plan for moving forward.

90 minute antenatal session helping you get feeding off to the best start
Topics include: harvesting colostrum, hormones involved, the first few hours after birth, how to know your baby is getting enough, how to get a good latch, different positions, pumping, tongue tie and much more!
